    At NEOX, we use Carbon Neutral Parcel Delivery from Australia Post to ensure whatever CO2 emissions are emitted with the delivery of your product are cancelled out by a process known as Offsetting, meaning we can deliver the order out to you without costing the environment!

    100% carbon neutral shipping gives piece of mind to our eco-conscious customers who are doing their best to minimise their impact on the world.

  • SHIPPING

    Standard Shipping:

    • We offer free standard shipping throughout Australia for all orders over $100 AUD.
    • For any orders under $100 AUD standard shipping is available for $9 AUD.

    Express Shipping:

    • Express shipping is available for all orders for $12 AUD.

    • All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days from the day the order is placed.

    • Please allow 3-5 business days for Australian deliveries (metro areas) and 4-6 business days for regional areas.

    • Upon shipment of your order you will receive tracking details within your email. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number and updates from Australia Post.
    • We don't use any fancy or unnecessary packaging as this would create more waste. Your order will be packed in a plant-based compostable satchel that breaks down within 6 months without any harmful microplastics or residues.
