SHIPPING
Standard Shipping:
• We offer free standard shipping throughout Australia for all orders over $100 AUD.
• For any orders under $100 AUD standard shipping is available for $9 AUD.Express Shipping:
• Express shipping is available for all orders for $12 AUD.
• All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days from the day the order is placed.• Please allow 3-5 business days for Australian deliveries (metro areas) and 4-6 business days for regional areas.
• Upon shipment of your order you will receive tracking details within your email. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number and updates from Australia Post.
• We don't use any fancy or unnecessary packaging as this would create more waste. Your order will be packed in a plant-based compostable satchel that breaks down within 6 months without any harmful microplastics or residues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Many people take for granted the “free delivery” offer and that with just one click the product it’s at their doorstep without considering the environmental impact of the logistics involved.
It has been proven that “free returns” come with an environmental cost with the extra CO2 emissions to transport a returned item, and to re-deliver it, as well as the significant green carbon footprint problem added when more workers in warehouses are required to process the returns and so on.
Therefore, consistent with our core principles and values, we have opted to discourage the premise that every item comes with “free return shipping” and instead NEOX will ensure to cover the costs to return products that have been found to be faulty/damaged or wrongly delivered.
The buyer should notify us of any fault or damage within 7 days from receiving the goods.
If eligible for a return, the item needs to be returned to NEOX within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be in the original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase.This goes without saying that any issue you may have with our clothes, we are happy to take your concern and address accordingly for a successful resolution.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
